I thought it was a photoshopped joke tweet when I first saw it, but J.K. Rowling and Catturd2 are indeed conversing on twitter dot com.

Some of the new Twitter bugs are pretty strange. For instance, now I have a weird blue bar across the top of the app (maybe a stuck progress indicator?) that won't go away.
It's not surprising that things are breaking, but I am surprised *how* they are breaking.
I could look at Wikihow illustrations explaining how to survive animal encounters all day.
