My favorite hard correct to use at work is the word "yikes"

- it's a word that breaks the illusion that what was just said was on any level an ok thing to say

- it's like hitting a curb with your car, the amount of damage it does is fully dependent on how fast you were going, so if it causes them a lot of damage that's their fault

- nobody thinks it's a curse word and complaining it is isn't seen as an actionable thing (eg you can get in trouble for saying "what the fuck?" to a colleague but not so much "yikes")

- you can add extra stuff to it for emphasis "yikes on bikes"
