Thankfully, I know what to deal with- a battery of tests, a 5 business-day wait, then a blood transfusion. So it's tentatively one, two weekends in November.
That should help. If it doesn't, they will likely try treatments with my sister.

so, it seems like a formal thing now but i got an Actual Offer to be a Real Employee Thing at the job i'm currently at. I stop being a permatemp at the start of the month.
I was kind of expecting to have to intensely validate my case and existence, so, it feels kind of...weird to just have it...offered. Anticlimax. But it's done. 💜

I just had a consult with a top surgery doctor today! I am really excited but also somewhat anxious about the options. I'm in the fun grey area where I can go with double-incision or inverted-t procedures.
Because of my unique gender situation, I don't know many folks who've had top surgery procedures, or where to find them. I'd love to talk to folks who've had both of the above, especially inverted-T, to help me decide.
