Tried out a Norco Search Tiagra today for my next commuter. Liked it a lot and ticks most of my boxes so I think I'll order one. I seem to be always riding uphill into the wind so riding more like a road bike was my main upgrade requirement. Plus it's for commuting so rack and mudguards needed. And as much as I'd love the performance of hydraulics, hub gears and belt drive, maintaining it myself is pretty important so decided to keep a traditional drivetrain and cable-actuated disc brakes.
