We did it! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 now I need to get my heart rate down to somewhat acceptable levels.

Well, I got diagnosed with diabetes.
While it will suck a bit, I think I'll be mostly able to manage with proper diet.
A healthier lifestyle will do me good.
