I missed a medication management appointment because of schedule changes and I can definitely tell I’ve been off my meds a while now. Every single mistake I make, every tiny thing I feel like I have to pick apart and ensure that I really know just how awful and worthless I am. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve felt this low. And of course, rather than actually talk to anyone about it or try to, I dunno, get a new appointment, it’s just easier to convince myself I’m too much of a loser to deserve to be happy anyway so why bother? God I’m such a whiny little melodramatic prick lol
