@PeteB A “mere 1 second faster” is actually an incredible engineering feat. It’s much faster and harder to achieve when your car already accelerates so quickly. Also, your body would definitely feel that extra acceleration.
I also get that it saves no time in the real world, and it’s just insecure “dick measuring”. Even so, it’s pretty cool that they could do it via software tuning.
