One of my best woodwork projects to date, because it was a gift for two friends who got married earlier this year so I wanted to do as good a job as I could. Had to figure out a lot of things I hadn't done before, including working with pallet wood, different thicknesses wood for a rustic aesthetic, and components with multiple tenons, groove and rail joints, hidden hardware, and doing a good job with the finish.

National Chairman of the Proud Boys, Enrique Tario — who was sentenced to 22 years in prison but pardoned by Trump — is suing the DoJ for $100M for "wrongful prosecution" and expected by some to win ... because corruption and cronyism

Tario is also promoting an app called ICE Raid, that promises to pay people with cryptocurrency for reporting undocumented migrants so they can be deported.

The app is gamified by also running weekly contests that pay bonuses; Tario has compared it to a game of Pokémon.

I don't like the bold font variation with the new One UI — it's not sufficiently distinguishable from normal, for example unread vs read emails in Gmail app.

New Android One UI: I like the scrolling apps screen rather than paginated. Can fit another row of app icons or widgets on Home screen. Marquee scrolling for audio player so you can see the title of the track at all times. Looks like a system font change, or at least antialiasing change but probably font. Addition of Gemini, although Bixby is still installed. The lower-left swipe gesture is gone, and now there's a top-right gesture for quick access tray. And the tabbing interface is now 3D.
