Despite being one of the largest data leaks in the country's history, Manage My Health's owner Vino Ramayah and his company Cereus Holdings will only have lip-service being held to account; and get virtually no penalty for it happening... Despite it being due to poor management and/or incompetence. New Zealand can be very lax when it comes holding businesses to account when they behave poorly or take little responsibility for incompetence (or malicious) actions or events. e.g. recent leak by Manage My Health of entire medical history, records and personal details of 120,000 New Zealanders with little or no penalty to them.
