esta semana he utilizado dos servicios de atención distintos: el 060 y el servicio de chat virtual de la agencia tributaria. Para temas de tributos y cotizaciones de empleo, cosas que me cuesta la vida entender. Y en menos de 10 minutos tenía las dos cosas resueltas. El chat de la agencia tributaria tiene muchísimo que mejorar en cuanto a interfaz, pero la capacidad de respuesta de los agentes es magnífica, igual que en el 060. Preguntas, te lo aclaran, y ya.
