In the US, we may be about to lose all of our reporting on #COVID19 hospitalizations. An HHS bulletin from November noted that hospital's COVID reporting was extended “from the end of the current PHE (Public Health Emergency) through April 30, 2024.”
I hope we continue to see hospitalization data, but we may not. The US has seen 265,966 COVID hospitalizations in the first four months of this “post-pandemic” “COVID is over” year.

Meta is downranking/hiding political content on Threads. The company says Threads will “not recommend any content/accounts that post about politics.”

- We won't discuss the bipartisan proposal on the border.
- The economy is doing well because of Trump.
- It's perfectly reasonable for Trump to mix up Nancy Pelosi and Nikki Haley seven times.
- Alina Habba is a Deep State plant sent to destroy Donald Trump.
These days, the only time politicians even mention COVID is to say they have minimal symptoms. This disastrous comms strategy has played a role in decreased vaccine uptake.
Studies show people are more motivated to get vaccinated when they learn about serious health effects like Long COVID.

- 1 in 35 people currently have COVID in the U.S. (and rising)
