Reposted the "live" client side version of my https://rs.sjoy.lol page at https://rs.sjoy.lol/live
Still works great, apart from a few bits of parsing not working so well. I have put more work into the RSS/Atom parsing in the static version, and they don't work quite the same way so I can't just copy and paste.
Some links are missing, and possibly some of the posts won't be the most recent ones...
Either way, it's kind of fun to have a server side and client side version going at once :)
I worked on #Lemmings and am therefore old.

1. Do not reply unless you have direct experience
2. Do not reply with a software suggestion
3. This is an observation. Do not attempt to help. No reply necessary.
YOU MAY REPLY if you have a suggestion or request for another helpful informational message.

Now at donotreply.cards/ Much social software doesn't let you manage replies, whether coarsely or in a fine-grained manner. Sometimes you just want to spout off! Sometimes you don't actually want people to reply. Here's some images to attach to your post that might help. Feel free to steal etc.
Dear @mozilla
Please, please, please put the RSS indicator back in Firefox.
People need to know about this technology which empowers users over greedy, controlling corporations.
Update: As many have pointed out, you *can* use @thunderbird as an RSS feed reader, and there are many #firefox add-ons to restore the RSS indicator (one of which I'm already using). But my point is that Firefox needs to lean into RSS as an answer to all the crap that is the modern web, and help educate users about it
opened up pixelmator to do a thing, and this was already on the canvas
i do not remember making this, but i will absolutely not apologize for it
Anyway my point, if I had one, is that I feel like I have some very recent and valid experience on the sticking points that are likely to throw people off, or what will be far too confusing and abstract to try and learn first.
I've just had enough people push back lately that I want to highlight that it really wasn't very long ago that I was that person. All the "modern" stuff involving the command line and node modules and all that - all new.
We won't hook in beginners with the command line.
