Sat in the Peugeot dealership as I wait for Mrs J’s car to be serviced. Thought I’d finally dive into this tome, as recommended by
@ajpbradley - so far, so intriguing…
Finally finished levelling and backfilling the frame. Can get the aggregate ordered now. Should make for a nice big area to sit out this summer. Once the aggregates are down, next stage will be building a pergola and some storage seating.
Working in the garden again and this cheeky little chap is hopping along a foot behind me, pinching the bugs and worms as I uncover them.
Stage two of the garden project well underway. Half the edging for the upper section is in now.
End result will be a slight terracing (just a 6-inch step).
Finally got around to getting a frame for my MCM artwork. One space left to fill on the office wall of art…
The middle aisle of Lidl throws up some gold again.
This is madam’s play-feeder. No she hasn’t just finished with it. This is what is known as a “gentle hint”. Stage two will be dropping it in my lap. Stage three will involve me being barked at.
Well that’s that done. Good enough for a base for the new shed/workshop anyway.
Slabbing day. Apparently, the last time I used this trowel I put it away damp and forgot to WD40 it. What an amateur. Tsk.
Four posts and three trellis panels in. Now for the raised beds, patios area, 5 tones of gravel, water feature etc etc.
