Viele Grüße aus Kyoto! Vom 26.-27.03.2026 fand hier ein gemeinsames Symposium unseres Instituts und der Universität Kyoto zum Thema "Biographie und Demographie - Recht des demographischen Strukturwandels in vergleichender Analyse" statt.

Ziel des Symposiums war eine vergleichende Untersuchung der Auswirkungen demographischer Strukturveränderungen durch Alterung und Geburtenrückgang auf das Recht und dessen Rolle bei ihrer Bewältigung.

📚 Von 1937 bis 1946 leitete Ernst Heymann als Nachfolger Ernst Rabels das Kaiser-Wilhelm-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht, aus dem unser Institut hervorgegangen ist.
