But I don’t see a compelling substitute for Twitter. My main hope is this is a short run bear market for Twitter, Elon files for bk, and more professional ownership steps in

I study the physical environments in which the legal and political institutions of public power reside. My approach is not unlike visual ethnography, and it involves walking and photographs. Currently I am also interested in how judicial power uses media artefacts and communication and, more generally, in the possible intersections of legal theory and so-called German media theory.
The clinic most needed in law school is Revising a Crappy Document Without Totally Rewriting It and Making Somebody Mad.
