It also perpetuates Fuller's favorite myth that youth are getting bottom surgeries in Montana.
Reality: Guidelines don't support bottom surgeries before age 18 and we don't do it. (In fact, adults can't even get bottom surgery in Montana. No hospital does this.)

Don't for a second doubt that I'll go to rural Washington or Oregon or Colorado in a couple years instead, as much as I've loved it here and would like to stay, if you don't let me take care of ALL of my patients.
