[Cinnamon] Restored my favorite theme
Okay, so my first two OSes were Windows 98 and XP, and I’ve always loved the layout. Could never really get into the icon-driven grouped taskbar thing or Mac-like docks and top panels. A couple of years ago I was using this theme with the panel modified by me to resemble that classic Windows layout. But with new versions of Mint I couldn’t build the theme anymore, so I thought it was lost. Turns out it wasn’t! I tried to do the same alterations again, but this time figured out a way to do the padding in the tray that doesn’t mess with functionality and that color in that sidebar in Nemo. So it’s now even better than before, and I just couldn’t be happier!
aaagh, too broke to read the news! Thanks for the archive link.
The truth is the US doesn’t care about minorities. Not saying that China does either. Nobody does. All minority cultures will die out in a century or so 🥲 🫠 🙃
Appreciate the help.
I doubt it’s the second thing because for an obscure game like this that at some point became free, most uploads on the internet are probably the same. But I will try a different one if the first option doesn’t work out.
Speaking of it, could you provide a more specific instruction or a proper package name for me to install? Because I tried searching for “multilib” and “32-bit libraries” and I doubt any of the ones I found were what I need, but I can’t tell it all looks pretty confusing.
Can somebody help me launch The Rage (2001)?
This is my childhood game and I can’t make it work on Linux. The menu starts fine and the character selection screen as well, but once I select a character, it crashes. I tried running it with different renderers and different Wine/Proton versions, and it’s always the same result. I enabled output debugging in Lutris. Here’s the result: Link [https://pastebin.com/FsCgnZfg] And this is my system info: Link [https://termbin.com/4r7c] Please help!
