Another fall yesterday. It's been awhile--like 3 or 4 years? Barely 100 yards from the parking lot (bright orange jag on the map), I set my right foot on uneven terrain that caused my ankle to give way and I fell sideways into the dirt. My knee and elbow took the impact. I think I'm okay but sometimes the real damage isn't evidenced till later. At 60+, any fall can be catastrophic.
