We found an abandoned Mazda out there, in the middle of the road. Hopefully the occupants were picked up by friends or good Samaritan(s), because it was a good ways back to bare road, and farther even to populated areas.

Never understood why some Bronco trims only have a driver's side rear recovery point. One of my pals installed a new bumper on his rig, so gave me an un-needed extra. Easy add on my rig with existing bolts.

Finally, Day 24 of #2023WhiskeyAdvent and it's from Sonoma Distilling once again (had the Cherrywood Rye on Day 3). The bourbon is pretty run-of-the-mill. Vanilla, almond, toffee.

Back to NY for #2023WhiskeyAdvent Day 23. Hudson Baby Bourbon, which seems to be discontinued or at least out of stock. Somewhat nutty, caramel notes, lots of corn in the nose and finish.
