@mjkalasky3 Nondeterministic turing machines have been comparable to quantum computers, though it is believed problems likely exist that an NTM could efficiently solve that a quantum computer cannot and vice versa (as stated on Wikipedia).
@mjkalasky3 Here is a link to some GitHub repositories for different interpretations and versions of the Thue programming language, a " matrioshka language based on nondeterministic string rewriting which the author describes as a constraint-programming version of a Turing tarpit":

@mjkalasky3 Here is a link to the GitHub repository for Logic. It is a software tool with CMake, SystemVerilog and SystemC utilities for creating, building and testing RTL projects for FPGAs and ASICs. Its functions include the following:
CMake utilities for rapid building and testing RTL projects
SystemVerilog modules for creating high quality RTL projects
Modern C++ framework for UVM with SystemC for creating high quality and performance efficient tests for RTL projects
@nekoow_ Cute cat.
@mjkalasky3 Such aspects of the designed instruction set include:
Instruction set
Instruction format
Register amount (general-purpose or specialized?)
Addressing modes supported
@mjkalasky3 Here is a link to the GitHub repository for ComputerArchitecture. It is a software too used to design an instruction set and overall architecture for a special-purpose reduced instruction set (RISC) processor. It is free and open source under the terms of the GNU GPL General Public License, and is written in the SystemVerilog and Python programming languages. https://github.com/DayuanTan/ComputerArchitecture

@mjkalasky3 Here is
a link to the GitHub repository for customasm. It is an assembler that allows you to provide your own custom instruction sets to assemble your source files, written in the Rust and Assembly programming languages, and is free and open source under the terms of the Apache version 2 clause license. https://github.com/hlorenzi/customasm
