Like... my understanding of defamation includes knowing that "if you know what you're saying is false, that's worse for your case".
Are they going to fall back on the "we're not really news; nobody should believe us when we lie this badly about things" ?

A federal judge has ordered Twitter to tell all terminated employees about a class-action lawsuit against the social media giant before asking them to sign away their rights to sue.
