The daily spectacle of the Royal procession at Ascot is nice… but I’d rather be watching that gorgeous chunky grey police horse trotting along the running rail, what a fabulous steed! 😎🦄💕

The NHS is amazing, despite being hamstrung by various governments… my 82 year old dad went in on Monday, had a Tavi procedure on Tuesday morning, and was already home by Wednesday teatime. Fantastic! 😎👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💙
