@artiemx But is each toot supposed to be just a person blogging about their lives, which is what Twitter tends to be more used for, or is it supposed to be purely for talking to people and starting conversations?
@shadow That's what I thought, but everyone always seems to make it so much more... interactive/community based than Twiter ever seemed like to me? Twitter felt like screaming status off into the void, while Mastodon almost feels like an inbetween for Twitter and Discord.
Despite having been on three different instances, I don't think I actually understand what the fuck Mastodon is supposed to be used for.

@redglare The only canon time he smiles in the comic is while riding Shrek’s shoulders in a flash animation near the end (and it was Dead!Eridan alongside the other dreambubble ghosts fighting Lord English).
I thought about making a TikTok or Instagram account for a second, before I remembered that I can’t look at myself in the mirror without being disgusted and dissociated. RIP.
