Why would Minecraft's launcher require Discord? On top of all the analytics they now added?

And I need to check the other launcher, might be worth a shot

Though we still have to deal with the game's analytics

Maybe in the future we'll get something like degoogled-chromium or VS Codium for MC versions

Not sure that would be very.. "legal" since that the source code isn't open source, and you'd have to decompile proprietary files
