The ABC is a wonderful place to work. And it has many of the best journos, camera operators and photographers in the country. A bunch of us gathered at the Walkleys last week and were also united in rejecting the offer there.

Today ABC staff will vote NO on an offer from management, which leaves pay going backwards thousand of dollars, and doesn’t address major issues with pay equality, progression and predictability. Nearly everything staff put to the ABC in negotiations was rejected. #DontDiscountABC #union #journalism
