North Shuswap tranquility. Wide open green spaces…just missing the cows.

Two years on and our favourite trails are still basically unusable. A nine km ride ends before riding one km. Sad times for Tsútswecw Provincial Park. Time for action BC Parks.

No matter what is happening in the world around me, a few minutes in the sun with Willow, and perhaps one or two cold ones, puts everything in perspective 😎

Checking one of my chainsaw bars this morning prior to making a new chain. Very pleasantly surprised to discover the country of origin for said bar 😊

Environment Canada really nailed their forecast today…

North Shuswap, August 18, 2023. House survived. So proud of our friends and neighbours for saving this area. Very sad for those who lost homes and businesses. Tragic.
