All the cool new features are supported by devices I already own. AirPods Pro 2, check, granted I'm curious to know if it only applies to the USB-C version. Apple Watch Ultra 2 gets those sweet new bands. iPhone 15 Pro supports Apple Intelligence. I have very little reason to upgrade and probably won't this year.

The camera capture button is cool but I use a @peakdesign case. I'm hoping they can eventually support it. Not sure if Apple is opening up that tech they use in their new cases.

Apple Intelligence will be impressive if it is able fulfill its promise before the collective public start using it and calcify the on going poor response the betas have received.

I'm more impressed these days with Apple Watch software improvements than I am with the iPhone lineup as a whole.

Yes, the silicon upgrades each year is impressive especially when you zoom out and look a few years back but it feels like every year it the same wash, rinse, repeat presentation.

Imagine a world where you could post from any fediverse supporting app of your choice and those post would also be published under your other accounts. Today I'm posting on Threads. I can subscribe to my threads account on Mastodon but I cannot publish to my Mastodon account and vise versa.

Threads moved the "following" feed to burger menu making even harder to access. Why are these companies so user hostile? If the algorithmic timeline is so popular then most people will use it but at least give me the option to use the app how I'd like.
