Firefox OS was so underrated as a concept if not implementation. It would have progressed web apps drastically and reduced the fragmented app ecosystem that restricts innovation in phones.

When all of this started, being popular on social media meant that you became a celebrity overnight. If you had a viral YouTube channel, Instagram page or a Twitter account, everyone knew you.
That motivated millions to become a creator and now it is just a job. Like a plumber.
