9. How am I supposed to find a realtor who will help me do this but wonāt fuck me over? Because from my familyās history and the general state of the housing crisis it seems like it would be so easy to fuck me over and I wouldnāt know to challenge any of it because I donāt know the answers to any of these questions and any professional I ask will almost certainly have a financial incentive to shape their answers and how do I ever trust that????
