I have long covid. It's ratshit. POTS/dysautonomia out of control. Had a sudden serious bacterial sinus infection last week which was helped by antibiotics but appears to be worsening now I've finished them. Pseudoephedrine helps but it does NOT play well with POTS lol.
It's really screwed up my sleep cycle so ended up defaulting to watching a lot of soccer. Praying for Morocco on Sunday morning!
