Recruiter: Hi, is this meee? I saw your resume, and I thought you would be perfect for this role.
meee: Can you tell me some details?
Recruiter: It is temp to perm placement. (Cyber security - blah blah blah, the normal stuff). You may need to work over 50 hours a week.
meee: What is the pay rate?
Recruiter: We start at $55K - salaried.
meee: Top range?
Recruiter: Depending on experience.
meee: And the top of that is?
Recruiter: I don't know, we never placed anyone on the top pay rate.
meee: Thank you for the opportunity, but after reading the description, your pay rate is way below average.

I hope everyone had a safe New Years Eve etc...Starting off the new year with a PSA. If you have family / friends whom you want certain types of data (photos / videos) to be given to after your passing...Please make sure you have some plan for them to access the data after your departure. Same goes for passwords for next of kin / executor of your estate.
