Cast iron is great if you use it a lot. It does take a little more work to maintain because after you clean it it’s best if you dry it and coat it with a thin layer of oil, but you don’t have to if you use it all the time. Mine is non stick enough to fry an egg with no oil, so it’s better than my old ass Teflon pans in that sense, but probably not as good as a new Teflon pan

This is actually I think how Airbnb was originally supposed to work… You rent out a room or an in law suite that you aren’t otherwise using. I stayed in one in a ski town recently that was clearly at least two separate apartments before and had all been combined to house large groups. The biggest risk out in the woods is microorganisms. If you boil it or use a well designed filter you are likely going to be fine if you’re drinking otherwise clear water.

Asterisks are used in computer code for multiplication and shorthand messages/emails all the time. Not many scientists/engineers/mathematicians out there that can’t write at least an excel formula
