I have won the back garden lottery here in our new house in Nottingham - I get to squeeze in a 20*10 shed

@Toxic_Flange I'll second the first suggestion, a bit of tinkering has kept my Dremel alive for a long time now

Having said that, I found an older model die grinder in a recycling resale place, dirt cheap, and it's Dremel-ish, but with teeth.

The Dremel gets a lot less abuse now
