Programming lol of the day. I guess I should be happy they're working hard to protect my PII?

This made me laugh in fellowship. This is the drop down menu on the web page for a restaurant I'm at. Trying to guess the cause. Just a mistaken copy/paste in an HTML or template file? Botched comment removal? My strongest hunch: left in from debugging the menu's not showing. At least that's how I would have caused this.
