Just before the pandemic I had the incredible privilege to travel to Seoul. Oh man, what an incredible place!
One of my favourite places was the Gwangjang Market - yes, that same one Netflix already covered. Anyway - we became OBSESSED with the mung bean pancakes (Bindae-tteok). We visited the place several times during the trip cause there were just so GOOD.
Living in Australia, that's one of the dishes that is so hard to find.

Texture: 7/10 (mangoes go soft fairly quickly)

Without the curation team, I fear the birdy platform is going to become a dangerous misinformation void in the next few months. It's sad that Twitter ended up in this pathway.
I mean, honestly. How can Elon promise to deliver anything if just figuring out the current state of ✨ EVERYTHING ✨ is going to be a nightmare?
