@twostraws this has been happening to my fiance for almost two years now, spanning across two iPhones and two apple watches; spotify and some system complications always disappearing after few months of use. I was able to narrow it down to the iOS backup, as everything else was factory reset, unfortunately, she refuses to reset her iPhone data, so she started looking for some watch alternatives

@gliglue @viticci intersting, I should have taken a screenshot, but for czech language it literally said “apple inteligence is not available in your region”. Changing my language tu english US nudged iOS to show “turn on apple inteligence” 🤔 Anyway, thanks for this, otherwise I would have been waiting for godot!

@viticci just out of curiosity, assuming you’re based in the EU, how did you managed to active apple inteligence in our region?

@Daytonlowell @edmn I can, you have kinda wait for the camera app to almost open. Another semi-reliable way to crash springboard on iPadOS is to press CMD+Space on hw keyboard while connected to external display and VNC-ing into some remote device

@paul i just bought one 3 weeks ago from iPowerResale; it was the one marked as a “Grade B” with the W5500X GPU and with the same description. The condition is more than acceptable for the price. It has visible scratches on one side and the front legs are bend ever so slightly (but not warped). Ltm if you want to see more pictures

@simonbs If apple thinks this is a good idea, doesn’t it mean web cam attacks are a lot more common then we think?
