Turns out he is *not*, as he told the press, the MAHA's new chief medical advisor - but, rather, merely that of a lobby group targeting the MAHA (with quackery & anti-vax views, no doubt). @davidallengreen we should be aiming for the safest possible conviction, in all cases.

The difference between "This was a terrible crime, there's no way he/she/they could have done it.", or "Expert Dr X has doubts, so the conviction is unsafe.", and a patient, painstaking, re-evaluation of the facts is immense.
