@gruber I’m curious, if you have a Kindle, what font do you use?

@gruber Do you know of an easy way (or a tool/app) to determine whether or not a USB C cable is good for fast data transfer or just charging? Time was, this was pretty straightforward, but nowadays it’s maddening.

@hotdogsladies Any thoughts on a 3D printer for beginners? Or what features are important? My 12 y/o daughter took a brief class and seemed excited about it, so I’d like to encourage that. I’m currently a Jon Snow.

@siracusa @hotdogsladies A few years ago, I was looking at tab for “I’m So Tired” and was quite surprised to learn that John wasn’t cursing “the walls around me” but actually “Sir Walter Raleigh.” Which made me feel like such a stupid git. Eggcorn?

@siracusa I watched Shallow Grave recently (it was on Blank Check) and could not figure out why in the world they had a large open tank of water in the apartment’s attic. Now it make sense! (Except, not really.) Great film.
