In this headline, "homeowners" is simply being used as a stand-in for "drivers". Homeowners, like drivers, are the "real" citizens, unlike bikers, renters and other vagabonds.
Not going to look into this, just assuming folks want to know if she's having a nice day today
I saw The Social Network with a friend who was into startups. After the movie ended, he turned to me and said (without sarcasm) "wow, that really makes you want to create a startup, huh?"
I replied "did.. you see what happened in the movie?" It was like we had watched entirely separate things.
Earlier this week I drove a car for the first time in months. It was a wonderful chance to experience true Freedom and take in the splendor of America.
Biked to the North End in Boston with my 2-yo. Took a long time to figure out a safe route but it worked out really well! Excited to go back before too long
