I've started up a #DnD session at work, all but one of the players are completely new. One of them has chosen to be an orc bard who is going to intimidate people into appreciating his performances.

And that is why I love D&D.

The lost road at Hindhead which helped rewild a rare landscape

The Hindhead Tunnel has sparked one of the most successful rewilding projects in southern England.

Today was so hot, the phrase "get in the sea" stopped being an insult and started to be sound advice.

Why, that’s the second biggest monkey head I’ve ever seen!
Oh, hi Cornwall! It's wonderful to see you again.

Yes, we absolutely should have our own version!
From west - east:
1) Lodsworth-Dial Green-Gospel Green-Plaistow-Loxwood-Rudgwick
2) Storrington-West Chilt-Barns Green-Christ's Hospital
3) CH-Dragons Green-Shipley-Ashington
4)Warninglid-Cross Colwood Lane-Bolney-Twineham

The problem is that there aren't enough quiet east-west roads to join them all together.

#Surrey has a designated and well signposted #SurreyCycleway. It uses mainly quieter unclassified and B roads.
Should #WestSussex have something similar? Are there routes you would include?
It's good for cyclists and it just raises the awareness of other road users there might be a few more cyclists about. Details of the Surrey one here (down the page and pdf at the bottom) #cycling https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/roads-and-transport/sustainable/cycling-and-walking/cycle-network

It is a slightly silly way of framing that the City of London is 0.18% of London.
