we are so screwed
these charges are based on a conspiracy idea with no basis grounded in reality
law sets precedent
they're coming for anyone doesn't support govt-sanctioned:
• pedophilia and sex trafficking
• random war without consent by Congress
• federally enacted identity and property theft of private citizens
• removal of women's right to vote

This is really, really bad, and sets some awful and dangerous precedents.
The government will continue its attempts at crushing and criminalizing dissent.
Solidarity in these times is crucial.
Be loud, be proud, and support antifascists.

Holy shit y'all. It is officially federal precedent that protesting the government is "Domestic Terrorism" and we no longer have the freedom of assembly, or the freedom of the press.
I would love to see the jury instructions.
I also want to know why "In a surprise move, all 9 defense teams rested their case immediately following the conclusion of the prosecution's time. " WTAF!!
Are the defendants going to argue #ineffectiveCouncil ?
[Edit:
Why didn't Benjamin Song's council argue Self defense?
Added:
The judge forbid the affirmative defense of Self or of another, see post: https://mas.to/@dfwsupportcommittee/116227750858455999

Hey lovely fediverse friends, as many of you might know, I help run some fediverse instances and I am currently paying way way too much money out of my own pocket because mastodon and mastohost have an awful habit of caching way too much and not giving good user accessible tools to prune away unneeded cruft. I could really use some community help supporting the instances I am currently paying for. Already in the process of figuring out how to move to a new server this month...
Exactly. At my last company, the CEO of the last place I worked decided to not come to work for several months while his family hiked the Pacific Coast Trail.
