Yesterday, the course #EmotionalIntelligence ended. We were all really happy and satisfied, but also sad to say goodbye to our exceptional trainer Filipa and our wonderful team. It has been an unforgettable week in #Lisbon . Thanks to #LivingTogether for such an interesting course and care for detail. And thanks to #Erasmus+ and #ArratiaBHI for giving me this opportunity.

4th day of the course #EmotionalIntelligence . This morning we learned and practised how to recognise emotions in others, how we should always calibrate instead of assuming. We also experienced the crucial importance of breathing.

3rd day of the course #EmotionalIntelligence . Today, Filipa talked to us about self-awareness and we did a practical exercise to investigate our values. We also saw how limiting beliefs distort our perception of reality.

2nd day of the course #EmotionalIntelligence . This morning we explored emotions and learned about the difference between emotion and feeling. We also talked about values and self-awareness and even did a little meditation exercise! In the afternoon, some of us went on a river cruise.

1st day of the course #EmotionalIntelligence ! Today we learnt about the basic principles of emotional intelligence, the learning cycle, and neuroplasticity.
