HAPNEST is a new method we created to generate synthetic genomes (common variants) and phenotypes.

We used it to create the largest synthetic dataset for GWAS and PRS methods dev. across 1M individuals https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/studies/S-BSST936
