AppKit is pretty broken in MacOS 26 Tahoe. Take any NSControl. As soon as you implement drawRect either in the view or the cell, it provides the old behavior. If not, every control is using NSHostingView to show a Swift UI component. Pretty hard to match custom and native components now and by somewhat backward compatible. Interface Builder becomes more and more useless.

Guys, if you're making a web saas product now, it better be really useful and absolutely indispensable. The reality is that the first things I am vibe coding is the small stuff I am paying money for every month to get rid of the bill. AI lowered the effort so much, that it's now feasible to do a lot on your own.
