So, I thought I'd log in as I haven't been on Mastodon in a while and I laughed when I saw the date of my last post. Three days before my cancer diagnosis. It's been an interesting year. I've actually just had my final dressing off from my surgery this week. What timing!

Finally got round to going to the knitting/crochet group at a local pub. Bloody lovely group. We got there and were offered homemade onion bhajis! #crochet
@chrisonline one of the routines I want is a gym class. Trying out some new stuff this week. Accidentally did crossfit yesterday... It is not the one.
Back at work for my first #mugshot of 2024. I love a new year, feels refreshing and I find it easier to put aside worries.
Who does new year's resolutions? Mine is to be better at routines. Starting with a simple skincare/journaling before bed.
A success! My first ever Christmas cake, full of whisky. The cherries are like doing a shot. 🥃
I really like trying to be plastic/waste free but I LOVE a good container. Both a facial cleanser and a body soap from local independent businesses (forage and fill in Lincoln is amazing) and they now have a cool little house. Need to label it with "face" and "arse" now. #nowaste
