If House Republicans issue a subpoena to Bragg, NY could prosecute them for obstruction of justice. But the Federal Government can’t legally attack states in this way. Its unconstitutional.

The problem for Republicans is that they tried to overthrow the Biden Administration, want to put women’s to death for abortion and care more about guns than children. Americans don’t have much sympathy for them.
