We did this at BPM one year.

Yesterday, I started reading the ePub version of volume 1. It didn’t so much speak to me as it did grab me by the scruff of my neck and scream in my face. So I got all three this morning. Very recommended for procrastinating easily distracted wasters like myself.

#djcooking all done, and served with a shared bottle of Saltaire Blonde ale.

#djcooking time to assemble. Split the filling into two cast iron pans, and add a layer of cheese. This is a vintage cheddar.

#djcooking gather it all into the big pan with chicken stock, a handful of chopped thyme, and a splash of white wine vinegar. Simmer for a while.

Next some chopped bacon. Normally I’d use pancetta cubetti but I don’t have any in.
