It's still really weird having a positive inner voice.

Like in the past, a mistake would be days of internal criticism. A missed chance, an out of pocket remark, anything, really. Everything was such a big deal and it was all my fault.

Now, gosh, like I told my therapist - "It's like during [latest trauma], my brain broke, but in a good way?" - Whatever happened, it's nice to let go of the pressure of being perfect.
