@grammargirl In episode #957, caller Melanie mentioned a word “laripin” meaning something very delicious. I just wanted to mention that my grandmother in West Virginia used this word. I always heard it more as “larpin’” but I think it’s the same word just with a different regional accent. In memory of my grandmother, I’d be very interested if you found out more about this word.
