Living my best life and very depressed about it.
I’m always amazed when I cut it really close on a yellow light, and speed up to get through it, and then I look in the rear view and like two more cars come through behind me.
@TechConnectify Also, I know I’m crazy, but maybe a roof over them to protect from precipitation? And…we’re getting nuts here, a squeegee to wash your windshield with?
I’m being unreasonable. I know. Maybe shoving them off in the remotest back corner of a giant parking lot by themselves is better.
@TechConnectify Hey, just watched your CCS/ “NACS” video, and am sympathetic to your reservations about ceding ground to the Tesla crowd. I did want to say I am baffled at electric chargers, and wonder why they are not more closely modeling the obvious solution (design wise) which is the gas pump! Why are they not drive through on either side like…a gas pump. And re: port placement, didn’t fossil burners purposely put the gas caps on alternating sides to support alternate-side pumps?
I think my biggest gripe with mastodon is that finding people to follow is hard unless you just follow any old account willy nilly. The number one way I find accounts to follow is to look at accounts I like and see who THEY follow. Unfortunately, the whole federated server thing means those lists are rarely viewable.
People on here say “you need to curate your own follows” and by that they mean just follow everyone who happens to cross your timeline. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
